PANews reported on November 25 that Binance Labs announced its investment in Kernel, a core Restaking infrastructure project focused on BNB Chain. Through Restaking technology, Kernel transforms BNB's security into a programmable and attributable trust mechanism, providing support for various crypto applications, services, and middleware. Kernel plans to provide shared decentralized economic security for BNB Chain by integrating native and liquid staking tokens (LSTs), and gradually expand to other first-level blockchains (L1), including BTC and its derivative assets.
