PANews reported on March 25 that according to CoinPost, Coinbook, a Japanese crypto exchange that launched NIDT in 2023, has been wholly acquired by BACKSEAT Co., Ltd. and will be renamed "BACKSEAT Crypto Asset Exchange Co., Ltd." on April 21. The official website will also be moved to backseat-exchange.com. The new management will focus on promoting the development of Web3 and the expansion of blockchain business as its core strategy.
