他在推特中发起了投票，'你想让特斯拉接受Doge吗？'在30分钟内获得了近815,555票。投票者中的77%，近627550个推特账户投了“是”。

果然不出所料，每次“干爹”的动作都牵扯到狗币的涨跌。在马斯克发推文后的几分钟内Dogecoin就上涨了10%。买家和交易员可能对特斯拉实际接受DOGE用于其汽车的可能性做出了反应。
