PANews reported on March 21 that NYSE Arca, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, has submitted a proposed rule change (19b-4 application document) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), proposing to amend the Bitwise Ethereum ETF to allow the pledge of Ethereum held by the trust. The SEC issued this notice to solicit opinions from relevant parties on the proposed rule change.
