PANews reported on December 16 that according to The Block, cryptocurrency custodian Anchorage Digital announced that its subsidiary Anchorage Digital NY, LLC obtained a virtual currency license BitLicense from the New York Department of Financial Services, enabling Anchorage Digital to provide crypto transactions to institutions in New York State. It is expected that all functions will be fully available by early 2025.
