PANews reported on March 25 that GMX published an important security notice on the X platform, stating that PeckShield and other security experts monitoring the blockchain pointed out that there seems to be a vulnerability related to Abracadabra/Spell Cauldrons using GM tokens. It should be clarified that no problems were found in the GMX contract and it was not affected by this unfortunate situation. The problem is only related to Abracadabra/Spell Cauldrons, which allows borrowing specific GM liquidity tokens. Spell, GMX contributors and security researchers are currently investigating the cause of the problem.
