PANews reported on November 25 that ZKsync released a governance proposal, ZIP-002, which plans to reduce the execution delay of all ZK chains from 21 hours to 3 hours to improve user experience (such as CEX withdrawal speed) and operational efficiency. At the same time, the Security Committee will monitor network anomalies to ensure security. The proposal will be voted on on December 2. If passed, it will optimize the transaction efficiency of the ZKsync Era and Elastic Chain ecosystems.
