PANews reported on December 17 that Ken Griffin, the billionaire founder of Citadel Investments, plans to donate $1 million to the inauguration fund of US President-elect Trump, after previously refusing to donate to Trump's campaign during this year's election. Griffin has made similar donations before, including to Trump's 2017 inauguration and Biden's 2021 inauguration. "I'm sure you'll see me listed as a donor to the inauguration again," he said on Monday after attending a Miami-Dade Urban League event.
