PANews reported on December 19 that CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju tweeted that Korean won whales are accumulating USDT in large quantities. Currently, USDT's premium to the Korean won on the Upbit exchange is about 3%, and the USDT price is 1,559 won. It is worth noting that this unofficial exchange rate level is similar to the level during the IMF financial crisis in 1998, the highest in 26 years.
