PANews reported on November 4 that Farcaster co-founder Dan Romero published an article on the X platform, suggesting that large fintech applications (such as PayPal, Coinbase, Cash App, etc.) may become interesting channels for election polls in the future. Romero pointed out that these platforms have a broad user base, complete KYC (know your customer) information and strong mobile coverage, and can quickly collect anonymous and aggregated public opinion data through in-app push notifications, thereby attracting people who traditionally do not participate in polls.
