PANews reported on December 11 that the Aave community initiated the ARFC proposal, planning to deploy the Aave V3 protocol on Linea, the second-layer Ethereum network developed by Consensys. The proposal points out that Linea is based on the zkEVM technology stack and integrates Consensys products such as MetaMask and Infura, which can provide high throughput and fast transaction confirmation while maintaining the security and decentralization of the Ethereum mainnet. In addition, the proposal suggests that the airdrops of the Linea ecosystem be redistributed to Aave users through liquidity mining and GHO stablecoin incentives. If approved by the community, the deployment plan will enter the snapshot voting stage and coordinate BGDLabs to complete the implementation.
