PANews reported on November 7 that according to Forex Club, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has included Foris DAX MT Limited (the operating company of the Crypto.com brand) on its public warning list. The KNF announcement showed that Crypto.com was reported to the Warsaw Regional Prosecutor's Office for suspected unlicensed investment activities, which may involve the unlicensed provision of brokerage services and investment advice. Previously, crypto platforms such as BitBay (now Zonda Global) and Kanga Exchange were also included in the list. The KNF reminds the public to be vigilant to prevent illegal activities and potential scams.
