PANews reported on January 31 that Dennis Porter, co-founder and CEO of Satoshi Action Fund (SAF), published a post on the x platform revealing that North Dakota Congressman Toman proposed a bill to protect the rights of Bitcoin users. The bill will protect the four basic rights of Bitcoin users, including the right to mine, the right to self-custody, the right to peer-to-peer transactions, and the right to run nodes.
