Arweave India, an incubator, has been delivering high-quality projects to the ecosystem. Not long ago, the Demo Day of the second Hacker House just ended, and the third Hacker House was launched immediately.
As usual, this year's Hacker House brought together 30 developers and designers in Bangalore, India. After 4 days of discussion, sprints and testing, 8 new projects were finally born. After fierce competition, the top three were selected:
- First place: Hagrid;
- 2nd place: AO Learn;
- Third place: Ctrl Play, Anon.
All projects in Hacker House are permanently hosted on Arweave, and the front-end is deployed uniformly through Arlink, while using Protocol.Land to host the code base. Let's take a look at these 8 new projects!
Hagrid: A decentralized search engine built for Arweave
Hagrid is a decentralized search engine powered by ArIndexer, which is used to query and index data on the Arweave network. There is not much information about Hagrid at present. To understand it, you can first get to know ArIndexer. The basic functions should be roughly similar.
ArIndexer is a lightweight indexing tool for the Arweave network with the following main features:
- Efficient data management : Supports fast indexing and retrieval of project data, simplifying the data management process of decentralized applications. For projects deployed on Arlink, indexing can be completed automatically without additional configuration.
- Deep ecosystem integration : seamlessly connect to the Arweave network to help developers efficiently build and manage decentralized applications.
- TypeScript support : Provides complete type declarations, improves the development experience, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the code.

AO Learn: A decentralized machine learning framework for AO
AO Learn is a decentralized machine learning framework designed for AO to help users create and train AI agents. Application scenarios include DeFi agents that support automatic token generation and smart transactions, or AI agents like smart recommendations.
There are four steps to use AO Learn: initializing the project, creating a data set, model training, and making predictions. At the same time, it has the following main features:
- Zero-code development and ease of use: Providing an intuitive drag-and-drop interface and rich built-in templates, users can quickly start machine learning or VR projects without any coding knowledge.
- Cross-platform compatibility and real-time collaboration: It supports seamless operation on multiple platforms such as mobile phones and desktops, and has built-in collaboration tools to facilitate real-time sharing and optimization of models by teams.
- Data-driven analysis and real-time feedback: Provides real-time preview and integrated analysis dashboards, allowing users to quickly adjust models and optimize applications based on data insights.
AO Learn provides a one-stop machine learning development tool that combines ease of use with powerful functions. It is suitable for users of different experience levels. Whether used alone or in a team, it can greatly improve development efficiency and effectiveness.

Ctrl Play: A classic mini-game platform with social features
Ctrl Play is a retro-style gaming platform built on Pulse Protocol. It combines on-chain social and cross-platform interactive functions. It not only provides classic mini-games, but also creates a reusable on-chain social profile and points system for players.
Ctrl Play has the following main features:
- Classic mini-game collection: Ctrl Play has 10 mini-games, including chess, puzzle, tower defense, etc. Each game is a POST of Pulse Protocol, supporting comments and interactions to add social fun.
- On-chain social profiles: User profiles and game scores are stored on the Arweave network, and cross-platform access and reuse are achieved through the Pulse Protocol.
- Social interaction function: Users can submit content (POST) through the game and interact with other players. The backend uses Lua scripts to support content publishing, making development convenient and efficient.
Ctrl Play perfectly combines retro mini-games with on-chain social interaction. Users can not only play classic games, but also easily expand their social and gaming achievements across platforms through on-chain archives and interaction records.
