PANews reported on March 28 that according to Wang Qiuping, spokesperson of the State Administration for Market Regulation, with the rapid development of the artificial intelligence industry and applications, at the end of last year, the State Administration for Market Regulation, together with relevant departments, issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of a National Comprehensive Standardization System for the Artificial Intelligence Industry", and carried out a new round of planning for artificial intelligence standardization. Since the beginning of this year, national standards such as general requirements for large artificial intelligence models, evaluation indicators and methods, and service capability maturity assessment have been released successively to "lay the foundation and build the bridge" and "pave the way and build the bridge" for standardizing artificial intelligence applications. Recently, the development of national standards for artificial intelligence is being accelerated, the overall layout of the "Guidelines" is being further implemented, and national standards in the field of artificial intelligence are being continuously improved.

In terms of AI industry applications, we will promote the development of standards for industrial large models and steel industry large models to serve the development of intelligent manufacturing and the intelligent digital transformation of traditional manufacturing. We will develop application standards around life scenarios such as medical care and home, as well as key industry needs such as transportation, to promote the deep integration of AI with the development of various industries. In terms of security governance, we will develop data security standards around generative AI data annotation and optimization training to ensure data security throughout the entire generative AI process. We will strengthen the development of standards for AI application security classification and grading, capability maturity assessment, and ethical governance to ensure the safety and reliability of AI technology.
