The "Regulations" pointed out that Shanghai supports the construction of a data evidence platform based on blockchain infrastructure, and guides the data evidence platform to provide storage, query, verification and other services for electronic document applications. Support the data evidence platform to provide services to judicial organs such as the People's Court, relevant departments and notary, arbitration, mediation, financial and other institutions to facilitate dispute resolution, financial services, etc. Support the digital RMB system to access the blockchain infrastructure and promote the use of digital RMB in electronic document storage, pricing, payment, settlement, investment and financing and other application scenarios. Pudong New Area enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, standardization technical organizations, etc. can unite with each other or with other enterprises and organizations to jointly formulate enterprise joint standards for blockchain-enabled electronic document applications.
