PANews March 13 news, according to CoinDesk, stablecoin issuer Circle said on Thursday that it plans to bring its recently acquired Hashnote Tokenized Money Market Fund (TMMF) under Bermuda's regulatory scope. The fund manages nearly $1 billion in assets and will be integrated into Circle's existing Digital Asset Business Act (DABA) license, the company said in a press release. By integrating Hashnote's issued USYC with its USDC, Circle aims to enable seamless flow between USYC and USDC and enhance USYC as a collateral option among exchanges, custodians and major brokers. The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) first issued a full license to Circle in 2021, and the company has maintained a business presence in the jurisdiction since then.
