PANews reported on January 8 that according to PeckShieldAlert, Orange Finance, the LPDfi liquidity management protocol on Arbitrum, was hacked and about $787,000 in crypto assets were transferred from its contract. Officials confirmed that the attacker controlled the administrator address, upgraded the contract, and transferred the funds to his wallet.

Users are strongly advised to immediately revoke all contract authorizations related to Orange Finance to avoid further losses and cease any interaction with the compromised protocol.

Orange Finance has attempted to contact the attackers through Arbiscan to negotiate the return of the funds.
