PANews reported on January 24 that according to CoinDesk, real estate company Propy is about to launch a cryptocurrency mortgage service for real estate purchases. Bitcoin and Ethereum holders can use their crypto assets as collateral to obtain loans to purchase tokenized real estate. Propy plans to sell a tokenized apartment in Hawaii on January 29, and the entire real estate tokenization process will take about two weeks to complete.
