PANews reported on January 6 that Microsoft (MSFT.O) has suspended construction of part of the Wisconsin artificial intelligence data center that OpenAI planned to use. Microsoft said it needed to assess the "scope and recent technological changes" and "how this will affect the design of our facilities."
