PANews reported on December 1 that according to Bitcoin.com, the Spanish securities regulator CNMV has approved the country's first tokenization license, opening the door to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). Ursus-3 Capital, in partnership with Onyze, is the first consortium able to provide such services to Spanish companies seeking to enter the world of distributed ledgers. Juan Jurado, general manager of Ursus-3 Capital, said: "We firmly believe that the tokenization of real assets opens up a universe of possibilities for entrepreneurs, and it is important to ensure the legal security of investors." Third parties can already sign up for their tokenization services.
