In 2023, the total number of high-tech and sophisticated industry talents in the city will reach 2.106 million, accounting for 26.2% of the total talent resources in the city. The report shows that the total supply of high-tech and sophisticated industry talents in Beijing is growing rapidly, among which medicine and health, green energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and smart cities are the three industries with the largest increase in talent supply. The demand for talent in the four major industries of blockchain, green energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, medicine and health, and intelligent manufacturing and equipment has increased.
