PANews reported on November 11 that according to official news, Singapore crypto investment institution QCP Capital announced that its OTC spot trading division QCP Trading has obtained the in-principle approval (IPA) for the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). IPA is an important step in obtaining a full license, allowing QCP Trading to prepare for the provision of regulated digital payment token spot trading services.
