PANews reported on April 23 that according to the meeting memorandum issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Asset Task Force on April 22, the law firm Perkin Law Firm, the El Salvador National Digital Asset Commission (CNAD) and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC to promote regulatory innovation in the field of digital assets. The proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to work with international regulators to support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
