PANews reported on November 1 that former U.S. federal prosecutor James K. Filan stated on the X platform that in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) v. Ripple case, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an order requiring the SEC's litigation brief to be submitted on or before January 15, 2025.
