The police said that of the 12 people who attended and accompanied the cabinet meeting, in addition to President Yoon Seok-yeol, former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and Unification Minister Kim Yeong-ho, the other nine people were investigated. The nine people include: Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning and Finance Choi Sang-mok, Minister of Justice Park Seong-jae, former Minister of the Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min, Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Song Mi-ryung, Minister of Health and Welfare Cho Kyu-hong, Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Oh Yeon-soo, and Director of the National Intelligence Service Cho Tae-yong.
