PANews reported on March 20 that according to Wu, Infini Team sent an on-chain message to Infini Exploiter 2 (address: 0xfc…6e49) through Etherscan, and attached court litigation documents. The plaintiff in the case is BP SG Investment Holding Limited CEO Chou Christian-Long, and the first defendant is Chen Shanxuan, who is based in Foshan, Guangdong, and is responsible for developing a smart contract for managing funds. The contract originally set up multi-signature permissions, but the first defendant allegedly retained "super admin" permissions and transferred approximately $49.51 million USDC to an unknown wallet without authorization. The plaintiff has applied for a court injunction and disclosed that the first defendant has a serious gambling problem and may have stolen company assets due to huge debts.
