PANews 5月30日消息，据TheBlock报道，总部位于英国的Web3初创公司 Merge 完成950万美元融资，由 Octopus Ventures 领投，Hashed、Coinbase Ventures 和 Ethereal Ventures 参投。

据悉，Merge 由 PayPal 前高管 Kebbie Sebastian 于去年年底创立，旨在通过应用程序编程接口 (API) 为 web3 公司提供对银行、支付、风险管理和合规性的访问。
