2026 年给加密创业者的两点提醒:1. 交易可以是中转站，但不应是加密业务的终点，交易当然没有错，它是重要的市场功能。但它不必、也不应成为最终归宿。那些真正专注于“产品”本身、而不仅仅是“PMF 指标”的创始人，最终可能会成为更大的赢家。2. 今年，监管将帮助消除行业中的结构性扭曲，加密市场结构监管——今年比以往任何时候都更接近通过——有潜力消除这些扭曲。
如果立法通过，它将鼓励透明度、建立清晰标准，用明确、结构化的路径，取代过去的“执法轮盘赌”，覆盖融资、代币发行和去中心化进程。
在 GENIUS 法案之后，稳定币迎来了爆发式增长；而针对加密市场结构的立法，将是面向网络层面的、更深远的一次转折。
换句话说，这类监管将使区块链网络真正能够以“网络”的方式运作：
开放、自主、可组合、可信中立，并且真正去中心化。
