PANews reported on April 16 that Nasdaq-listed medical technology company Semler Scientific has applied to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a $500 million securities offering by submitting an S-3 registration document. The offering will be used primarily for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to the purchase of Bitcoin.
