PANews reported on April 23 that according to Decrypt, defense attorneys for YouTube influencers Kyle Forgeard and John Shahidi (aka Nelk Boys) have filed to dismiss a class action lawsuit accusing them of fraud in the Full Send Metacard NFT project. The lawsuit was filed in January on behalf of Metacard NFT buyers, accusing the defendants of misleading consumers with promises of exclusive privileges and community access. The two also allegedly misrepresented Metacard plans before the sale on January 19, 2022, thereby inducing plaintiffs to purchase tokens on that date.
