PANews reported on March 18 that according to official news, the Eagle Group's Eagle Travel successfully completed the RWA (real world asset) based on battery swap physical assets, involving tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars. The project was managed by Hong Kong Victory Securities through the issuance of RWA fund products, with Ant Digital, Conflux Network and VDX providing technical support, and AW3 Family Office participating as an ecological partner. It is reported that this is the world's first battery swap physical asset RWA. Through asset tokenization, it helps China's green assets and overseas funds to connect efficiently, realize digital technology to empower the real industry, and provide a replicable innovation model for the new energy industry and even the broader real economy.

It is reported that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) launched the Ensemble project sandbox last year to explore the use cases of different tokenized assets, among which "green and sustainable finance" is one of the main directions. As a participating member of the Ensemble project, Ant Digital Technology has carried out RWA innovation practices for various new energy assets such as photovoltaics, charging piles, and energy batteries. This time, Patrol Eagle Travel will use the battery swap cabinets and lithium batteries located across the country as RWA anchor assets. Through the integration of blockchain technology and IoT (Internet of Things) technology, the value, operation, income and other data of the battery swap project itself will be packaged and stored on the blockchain to form a digital token, which can not only revitalize existing assets and accelerate capital recovery, but also enhance the liquidity of battery swap assets and transaction transparency.
