It is reported that Russia's DFA is a tokenized certificate of physical assets based on blockchain technology and does not belong to the category of cryptocurrencies or tokens traded on crypto exchanges. DFA can only be issued by information system operators officially certified by the Central Bank of Russia, including Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Atomyze, Masterchain, NSD and other institutions.
