US SEC says it won't refile fraud lawsuit against Hex's Richard Heart

PANews reported on April 23 that according to Ccointelegraph, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said it does not intend to re-file a securities fraud complaint against Hex founder Richard Schueler. Matthew Gulde, a lawyer for the regulator, said in a letter to New York District Court Judge Carol Bagley Amon on April 21: "The plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission issued this notice indicating that it does not intend to file an amended complaint on this matter."

Earlier news , the judge dismissed the US SEC's lawsuit against Hex token founder Richard Heart.
