The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. XD Academy was formerly BitMEX Academy, a learning and education platform under the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, and was later spun off and operated independently. It is reported that after the acquisition is completed, the course content of XD Academy will be integrated into the learning platform of Genius Group.
