PANews reported on December 8 that according to a report by Jin Shi citing Yonhap News Agency, on the 8th local time, the South Korean Prosecutor's Office announced the arrest of former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and accused him of being involved in the "Presidential Martial Law Incident" on December 3. Former South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun took the initiative to go to the Prosecutor's Office for investigation at around 1 a.m. local time on the 8th.
