PANews reported on May 22 that according to the 2025 Singapore Crypto Market Survey released by Independent Reserve, 94% of Singaporean respondents said they were familiar with crypto assets, but the actual holding rate dropped from 40% last year to 29%. Despite this, 53% of holders plan to increase their holdings in the next year, and 17% of non-holders are also considering entering the market. Bitcoin is still the most trusted, with 68% of investors holding it and 86% believing it has currency or value storage functions. The report also pointed out that the holding rate of meme coins reached 28%, and the use rate of stablecoins increased to 46%, reflecting that the market still has high expectations for regulatory guidance.
