PANews reported on October 31 that Crypto.com announced the acquisition of Watchdog Capital, LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a member of FINRA and SIPC. This acquisition will enable Crypto.com's new subsidiary to provide trading services for traditional financial products such as stocks and stock options to eligible U.S. users.
