The acquisition will enable Crypto.com's new subsidiary to offer stocks and stock options to qualified traders in the United States. CEO Kris Marszalek emphasized the company's commitment to combining traditional financial instruments with digital capabilities while complying with the necessary licenses and registrations. The acquisition aims to provide U.S. users with access to the stock and options markets.
