The GENIUS Act has returned to the 60-vote threshold after falling to 59 votes in favor, and the vote is still ongoing

PANews reported on May 20 that according to Eleanor Terrett's follow-up update, U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock changed his vote to oppose the procedural motion of the GENIUS Act, bringing the number of votes in favor of the procedural motion to 59. Currently, some votes in favor are still waiting to be received. The motion needs at least 60 votes to pass, so the final result has not yet been confirmed.

Subsequently, the US Senate's procedural motion for the GENIUS Act has reached the 60-vote threshold again, but the vote has not yet ended and is still awaiting more results. Senator Rand Paul voted against it again.
