PANews reported on May 9th that Gate.com has officially launched a contract points lottery feature. Users can use a small amount of Gate.com contract points to participate in regular lottery events and win benefits such as GUSD and position trial vouchers, further enhancing the value of their points. Users can now access the "Contract Points" page through the App/Web platform and switch to the "Lottery" tab to participate in the event.

The first round of the Gate.com contract points lottery features two grand prize pools. Users holding ≥50 Gate.com contract points can spend 20 points to participate in a lottery for 20 GUSD, with a total of 5,000 winning entries. Users holding ≥40 points can spend 20 points to claim a 100 USDT position trial voucher, with a total of 3,000 slots available. Furthermore, participation requires upgrading the Gate.com app to version 8.18.0 or higher; the web version is also available. The GUSD lottery will run from 18:00 on May 9th to 18:00 on May 11th (UTC+8), and the prize pool redemption period is from 18:00 to 23:59 on May 11th (UTC+8). Rewards are expected to be distributed to user accounts within one hour after the event ends.
