PANews reported on March 23 that, according to Telegram founder Pavel Durov , the company has fully repaid the bonds issued five years ago and has been building a new monetization model since 2021 , aiming to achieve profitability in 2024. Durov stated that thanks to improved profitability, Telegram 's new round of bond issuance last year was oversubscribed.
