PANews reported on February 5 that according to Watcher.guru, Shiba Inu (SHIB) has partnered with the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI) to incorporate Shiba Inu's operating system (ShibOS) into government activities. The purpose of this collaboration is to enhance Web3 solutions in multiple industries such as infrastructure and energy. In addition, the Shiba Inu team revealed that this is the first government in the world to implement blockchain technology at the federal level.
The UAE's blockchain strategy aims to save more than $3 billion in transaction and document processing fees by moving 50% of government transactions to blockchain technology. Sharif Al Olama, Undersecretary of Energy and Petroleum Affairs at the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, said: "We are pleased to deepen our commitment to cutting-edge digital services.
