PANews reported on April 18 that Alon Cohen, co-founder of Pump.fun, posted on the X platform: "Pump.fun will continue to experiment at the intersection of social media and tokenization. Some of these attempts (such as live broadcasts, which, by the way, have now been fully restored). Whatever we do, we will do our best to ensure consistency with our core user base. Having said that: don't expect me, pump.fun, or any employee to issue tokens (there will be no "secret issuance")."
