PANews reported on March 27 that Metaplanet announced that it had exercised 591,900 17th-period warrants from the beginning of this month to March 26, accounting for 14.1% of the total number of issued shares. In addition, the company also decided to redeem 1.5 billion yen of the ninth-period ordinary bonds in advance according to the redemption terms (originally planned to issue 2 billion yen). The source of redemption funds is the proceeds from the exercise of the 14th to 17th-period warrants.
