PANews reported on December 2 that according to an S-1 document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), WisdomTree has submitted an application to the U.S. SEC for WisdomTree XRP Fund, which is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that issues common shares of beneficial ownership and will be listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. The investment objective of the trust is to gain exposure to the XRP price, minus the expenses and liabilities of the trust's operations. Bank of New York Mellon ("BNYM") serves as the trust's administrator, fund accountant, and transfer agent.
